I'm John Powell, President and founder of Powell Properties, Inc. and effective July 1, 2010 I teamed up with KW Commercial Cary to provide my clients with an international platform.  In addition, I will be serving as Executive Director for KW Commercial Cary and am very excited about building a quality team of commercial practitioners to serve Southern Wake and Western Wake County.

Powell Properties, Inc. is a small privately held commercial real estate firm I founded in 1991 and has consistently been regarded as one of the premier real estate firms in the Triangle Region.  I'm proud to say PPI was recently recognized by Cary Magazine as being one of the "100 Most Influential Businesses in Western Wake County" for the 3rd consecutive year in a row.
